I cannot see any of our recordings on our DVR. The menu isn’t even listed

Hello, @user_db6f3b. Thank you for making us aware that your list of recorded programs/movies are currently unavailable. I would be more than happy to help troubleshoot this problem.
Have you by any chance used our awesome My Account app to reset the DVR? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
@XfinityRaul Issue was resolved Sunday after 2 hours chatting and texting with support.
