DVR Recording only a portion of some scheduled shows
Past week or so noticed that some of our scheduled recordings ; some are 1 hour some are 2 hours.. have only recorded in some instances 35 minutes, or 39 minutes.. We are nowhere near capacity so not sure why just started happening and not for all shows.

Thank you for reaching out today! I am sorry to hear that the recordings are not being recorded in full. I live off of all my recorded shows since my daughters hog the TV all day long and watch kid shows. A short recording can be caused by a reset or reboot of the box (either manually or automatically.) Have you noticed the box rebooting or resetting around the time the recording was taking place?
