DVR recording. Increase Start Time

I usually record several programs from Rai Italia and MediaSet (Ch 3280 and Ch 3281). In Record Option, Modify Movie (or Program) Recording,  the maximum in Start is only 2 minutes.

while the Stop is 30 minutes.  The program schedules for these programs is  often wrong and most of times the programs start earlier than 2 minutes.

I would like to request that Xfinity change the Start time to at least 30 minutes.
