DVR recording HD channel
On the main networks that show up as two channels - for example NBC is ch 4 and 1004.
if I click on 4 from the guide it automatically switches to 1004 and a pop up notice says it’s doing that. Fantastic.
BUT when setting up a DVRZ recording it does NOT switch to the HD version.
that’s not cool

You can ensure it records in HD all the time following these steps Pressing the "Guide" button on your Xfinity remote control twice will pull up the "Select Guide View" screen. From here you can toggle to view the HD channels to view by selecting the HD option, and set your recording from that list. We will document your feedback as an automatic option as we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience.
