DVR Power Cord Question,

I am swapping my existing non 4k capable DVR box for a 4k compatible box.  Can I use the power cord from the old box to power the new DVR box?  If so, it would save me the trouble of routing the new power cable in my entertainment console.  Both power cables have the same output (10 amps).  I also would like to know if my other satellite tv boxes will work with this new DRV.  I have the one main box (which is the one I am changing) and three "satellite" boxes.

Thanks for any info.

Please ignore my questions.
The power cord will work and the satellite boxes work as well.  Unfortunately, I cannot find anyone at Xfinity that can provide me the correct XG1V4 4K UHD box.

I was finally able to get a 4K UHD box.  However, I had to add a $10 per month DVR service charge to my monthly bill to receive it.  I think it is ridiculous to pay $10 a month to the bill just to be able to use the 4K UHD service.  I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for over 30 years, but will be looking elsewhere whenever my 2 year agreement is up.  Thanks for your offer to help me.
