DVR Playback Issues
I am unable to watch shows I recorded without freeze ups, sound cutting out, or being completely kicked out of the recording. For over $200 a month, this is crazy. I've tried rebooting, checking the cables are not bent in anyway, calling customer service. Occasionally, it will seem to resolve for a month or two, then right back to the problems. What is the fix for this? I am tired of paying for a cable service I can not use.

@user_256p5g Our team can help you with your DVR recording playback issues today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
