DVR playback issues and Other access issues

DVR playback quality is awful with missing segments of recording, poor picture quality, and flawed play quality.

Other issues with quick access button for sports scores.  The response is lagging front C button, which you to exit then go back to it for a response. 

The Xfinity Home appears to be unstable at times more often now.  In fact it seems occurs more often after Xfinity dug up the corner my yard to upgrade cable runs quality.    Hmmm, what really happen is a premium price I still pay for, but not receiving the level of quality services.

Sincerely frustrated with Xfinity!

Thank you for the reply ro multiple issues situation, in which I spent over an hour on the phone with two different levels of Xfinity.  Sadly to say problem not solved after the advance level suggested to cancel service call to the home.

So after being told or heavily suggested to exchange the dvr box for a newer model by first level, which was not the case upon my arrival to Xfinity store.  The store rep told me otherwise about the dvr model that is  the correct one according to my plan or package for service.  I left the Xfinity store with the same dvr model with the  hope it would resolve the issues and in addition to that added cat 5 connection to dvr.   

Oh well, so now it's go through my router setup to see if there is anything I can change to enhance or optimize the Netgear R8000 performance.  Maybe it just setup wrong or broken.   Hmmm, but really!

Truly exhausting service with Xfinity!
