DVR playback freezing
As many others have complained, my DVR recordings freeze during playback on my TV and then resume sometimes within seconds, sometimes it takes much longer and so it continues for the entire recording. ALL RECORDINGS/ALL CHANNELS. I occasionally have success with a system restart and/or refresh but I shouldn't have to do this daily. I have checked all connections. Unplugged, waited 1 minute, reconnected. Battery level is fine. I've done the restart and system refresh. There is no issue with internet service being slow. Device: PX022AN

Same here. I posted about this yesterday too. Happens whether watching a recording and also live TV. It happens on my primary and secondary x1 boxes. I think it’s. New software release bug, but not sure.

When I try to watch Battlebots recorded on DVR from Discovery Channel, the first couple of minutes play fine. Then the video freezes and sound continues.
Rebooting xfinity box, rebooting iPad, restarting xfinity app, etc. do not solve the problem.
any advice?
