DVR Playback Chlppy
We are encountering the choppy DVR Playback issues that were previously reported throughout last year. Watching playback is not possible with all the hangs, reverse/forward, lost audio issues. Live TV is fine. i didn't see any identified resolution in the community feedback on this issue.

@user_489160, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like unplugging your X1 box and then plugging it back in, or running through the system refresh on the Xfinity app?
