Dvr Percentage

Hi. At home I can easily see how fully my DVR is with a percentage. I’m traveling and trying to find this percentage on any of the apps or websites but having no luck. How can I check the % full when not at home?

Hello and welcome to Comcast @yc2pdx. Thank you so much for reaching out to us about your DVR storage concerns. After going through the Xfintiy Steam App and our website portal, I am not showing a DVR storage usage alert.

why does my dvr not show the percentage of recording space used?  Now, it only shows a number of recordings all together.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
