DVR now fast forwards, then changes channels forcing you to watch ads

Did you change the settings regarding the ability to rewind 1 hour?  If so, there is now not a single reason to keep Comcast cable for TV.  I could rewind one hour in the morning to watch earlier news, then fast forward thru the slew of commercials and “steels and deals” on some stations that I have no interest in. Now your system fast forwards me automatically to current time, I rewind back an hour, this little game happens maybe 3 or so times within 30 minutes, then you CHANGE THE CHANNEL ON ME!  REALLY?  You go back to the station you actually wanted to watch and it’s gone!  I am the demographic that fits the mold of not “cutting the cord” except now there is not a single reason to keep cable TV, you took it away!  Listen to your customers or your customers leave. Bye bye Comcast, you won, I’m gone.
