DVR missing shows

I have 2 DVR'S one is a slave the main one is the one having problems with. I record anywhere from 6 to 15 shows a night. The problem i am having is that if there are more than one show in the time slot like on Mondays i am recording 5 shows but only 2 of them are showing up in the scheduled. I have gone out and looked on my guide to see if the shows are there and they are. I have rebooted the box 4 times and still no luck.
