DVR Lost Recordings
We had recently removed all of our boxes to use the stream app as suggested by the Xfinity store. We decided we didn't like it on our main TV and added an X1 box back to our service. Today I noticed all of my DVR recordings were gone. Apparently, when I added the box my 150 hours of DVR was removed. I added it back to our plan, is there anyway to recover those recordings? They are not in the recently deleted folder.

Hey, @cudwt! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that your DVR recordings have gone missing. I know I would be a little upset if my shows I enjoy watching went missing as well. We can certainly have a look into this to see if we can get those recordings back. This will depend on if your last DVR had an internal hard drive or if it saved everything to the cloud. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
