DVR issues

The programming/DVR been messed up for weeks. It keeps adding programs that I have already deleted, or just adding recordings that I have never even set to record, multiple times, screws up my recordings with "recording conflicts".  And currently I am having an issue with something being recorded right now, that I stopped recording and deleted, three times, but it just keeps on recording.
