DVR issues - stalling and stopping
I am currently unable to watch a recorded TV show with my DVR. I have called Xfinity and they sent a refresh (which is USELESS) signal. All I see are complaints about DVR service not working.
I start watching a recorded show - show pauses, stops and then kicks me out asking if I would like to watch the next episode.
Is there anything I can do to get this truly resolved??? Waiting for a call back but I have little hope of a resolution.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to answer this. I am following up again with Xfinity Support but honestly, I think it is a waste of my time. If I get an actual helpful response, I will post it here so that others can see it. But sending a refresh signal is not my idea of resolving a problem.
Also, I watched the series that I have recorded - one episode worked perfectly, the following episode we had one freezing issue. Episode after that the episode did freeze as well. So if we are comparing the time that I was frozen out at least 7 times to the 1 time - then yes, the refresh signal did help. :-/
