DVR issue

Hello, I am having an issue with my DVR. I sat down tonight to watch a show that’s on Friday nights and noticed it didn’t record. I thought maybe it wasn’t on for some reason but found it on demand. I decided to look at upcoming recordings and nothing is there except something I set to record that starts on Sunday. So all the upcoming shows I have set for series recording have just stopped recording? Other than resetting up all the shows I record, does anyone have a fix?

I have find the same thing happening to me. All my scheduled recordings disappeared on my set top boxes since Friday (9/7/19). I do see that in the stream app they are still there but the shows that should have recorded Saturday didn't... Would love any help as well!

This post here has a couple solutions that seem to be hit or miss for those that are trying them.  I have tried all of these suggestions without any luck.  It's just so crazy weird that I can look at everything that we setup over the years in the Stream App's scheduled list but not on my set top box. I guess after spending hours with the customer service reps I got an answer of me having to resubmit every show that we had set to record, yay.....
