Dvr help

We got a new dvr and now we can't record more than 1 or 2 shows at a time.

@AutryLee43 Thank you so much for your post for help with your DVR options only allowing you to record 2 shows at a time. This sounds like with your new DVR you now have our Cloud DVR feature. This is the Free DVR feature that comes with a DVR box and have different levels of DVR services avaiable.  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-dvr-cloud-technology-general-faqs This page has lots of great information on the Cloud DVR and how to upgrade the services as well if needed.  Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
