DVR frustration

I had a AX014ABC DVR and asked if there was a better model available last week and was given an AX013ANC.  Way slower and streaming just stopped every few minutes to spool.

I went back and was given a PX022ANC (XG2v2-P) and it's worse.....and the store tells me they don't have my old model in stock......so now I'm stuck and way worse than when I started.

I can understand the frustration if you are experiencing issues with the streaming services buffering on the X1 cable box. Our team is here to help! Have you attempted any troubleshooting, such as checking that the connections are secure or troubleshooting via the Xfinity app? If it is primarily the streaming services that are not working well it could also point to an internet connection issue. Have you attempted to also restart your modem?
