DVR Doesnt work after service rep set up X1 ervice

A service Rep came to our house to connect an X1 box to our non-x1 system. Now, 1 of the boxes which had DVR,  doesn't show dvr anymore. Don't want to make a big deal cause we still have service, but the people in the non- DVR room are suffering. No answer when calling service. Hope to fix from home.  Please let us know

Was the X1 box that was installed a DVR, or not DVR.

As far as I’m aware of you’re not supposed to have a mix of X1 and non-X1 boxes. They’re supposed to be either all X1 or non-X1

Thank you for getting back to me because I am not getting answers anywhere else. That's what I thought about not being able to mix them. But, he said he would try. Now none of the remote boxes work. This is not an emergency but, would love some help from Xfinity. Will just keep waiting for help.

if the rate codes are set properly x1 and DTAs and legacy equipment can be active on same account.  You are reporting no service for TV now, correct? is your internet working? have error codes/message. If internet is working let's start by sorking on your DVR if you have one (does it have a digital clock on the front? does it hae a non-square front of box shape where it is wider on top than the bottom?
