DVR does not record entire Program

My dvr randomly does not record entire programs.   Today it recorded 11 minutes of a 120 minute show.  Yesterday it recoded it all, the day before that it recorded 41 minutes.  I’ve had this problem for quite some time.  I have the dvr set to record 30 extra minutes.

Ewciii thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out regarding your DVR concerns. It sounds like we may need to go through a bit of troubleshooting to determine the root cause of this issue with recordings. Are you using the cloud DVR or the physical storage on a set top DVR video box?

I’m not sure.  One tv has a flat box about 6x8, the others small boxes that I assume are remotes.

Ewciii Are you able to check the storage available on your set-top box? 
 
To see your current storage %, press the Xfinity button on your remote, then click Saved, then Recordings.
You will see the % full at the top-right of the screen, listed above your recorded programs.
