DVR does NOT record end of program

DVR recording times off

The timing is off when fast forwarding through commercials and cuts off the end of all programs. How can I fix this?​

Extending the stop time doe not work for me because I already have 2 program's recording the next time frame.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_17964d. That can definitely be a frustrating experience with those recordings. You can go into the settings on the X1 box, under device settings there is a sync DVR option that can make a difference on the recordings. You may also need to reset the box with a power cycle to see if that will help on that as well.

   Press Enter to send it

Hello @user_17964d  I am sorry to hear that the above options for adjusting DVR synch settings have not addressed the problem. Just to clarify, are you also experiencing issues with recordings cutting off at the end of programs? Is this only certain programs (for example if the broadcast runs over time) or all programs?

I no longer work for Comcast.
