DVR didn't record entire show

I had the dvr set to record an hour long show. After 20 minutes, it wouldn't play any more of the show so I unplugged the DVR and started it again. When I went back to the show, it showed that it only recorded 25 minutes of it. I watched shows last night with no problem and nothing has changed in my home so I don't know why the DVR didn't record the entire show that was programed to record today.

sheryltoo66 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your DVR concerns. Most commonly an issue like this would be caused by not having any more DVR storage free for the show to fully record. I would recommend checking your storage by saying storage into your remote an ensure you have more than enough space for any of your upcoming shows. You can set up auto delete options for shows so as your DVR fills up it will make more room. If you have plenty of room to spare in your DVR storage restarting your device is the first step we would recommend as well as syncing your DVR. You can do that by navigating to Settings (gear icon) from the Xfinity remote, then select Device Settings and finally Sync DVR.
