Dvr deleting recordings

My dvr keeps deleting my recordings. They are set to keep for 1 year and the latest ones were recorded only 2 months ago. There is also plenty of room on the dvr. It’s less than 50%

Doesn’t anyone have any idea why this is happening or how to make it stop?

Hey there, @user_08dd1b! That is certainly strange that the records are set for 1 year retention and not full. I would be happy to look into the account with you, and troubleshoot the concerns with you. Can you please send us a DM to get started so we can look at your account specifically?

Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

Some smart employee there told me that the % you see on your box may not be accurate. It will delete shows when it reaches a specific Streaming limit- I don't know how we can know what % of shows are Streaming? It's very confusing but one day I woke up to losing 3mos of saved recordings ALL <1 year old & told they can't be Restored.

And they were TV shows- so I don't understand what they're talking about re: Streaming. But apparently you better keep your content Low & be ready to lose shows. It sucks
