DVR Deleted Recordings

My DVR has deleted recordings the past two nights. These recordings were made just this last Thursday, two days ago. One was deleted by Friday afternoon (yesterday) and the other two were deleted this morning. They do not show up in my deleted recordings, they are just gone. My DVR is only 12% full and rarely gets over 50% so that is not the problem.
