DVR conflict

My DVR is acting erratically. Sometimes when I select saved, it will show all the programs I've recorded. Sometimes it will not. When I go to scheduling most of the channels show conflict.

We can help, @user_e5fj7a! The Xfinity app works great to troubleshoot your services if you ever experience an issue. Does this issue persist when you unplug your DVR for a minute or two and plug it back in? If the issue persists after we can try an equipment swap and/or schedule an expert Xfinity technician to take a closer look.
