dvr conflict

We just 'upgraded' to the cloud DVR system after YEARS of local dedicated HDD storage in an X1 main box.  I have to say that the cloud DVR is nothing but problems.  Supposedly we can record 6 things at once.  Nope - lucky if we get 2.  Am I missing something? when I try to record more than 2 things I get a CONFLICT and it doesn't record.  Is there a setting or something that I need to enable to get 6 streams concurrent? 

I never had this issue before in the years of COMCAST use.  The DVR is 24% full, trying to record a baseball game and 2 broadcast shows (ABC and CBS) all at same time - should not be an issue....right?  But I get SCHEDULING CONFLICT errors showing overlapped times and it drops recording one of them.

  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
