DVR clock is off

My DVR clock is about 40 seconds off. The ends of shows are getting cut off and the smart resume commercial breaks are off. They made me get a new box and I'm still having the problem.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

In the meantime, you can modify any recorded programs start and end time to adjust for this, by following the directions outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-modify-the-recording-time-of-a-program
