dvr clitching

For an about a month now all our recordings have little glitches throughout the playback.  This happens on all recordings when played back on either cable box or when streaming. Anyone else having this issue.  An Example is Alert missing persons here are some times for the glitch.

These times are the same for thru the box and streaming.  No additional time was added to the start of the recording.
