Why am I being charged $10.00 for whole home DVR service when I only have 1 box?

Hey there, DVR service has a cost with it, we call it whole home DVR regardless of the number of boxes you have because if you were to add another box you would be able to access your DVR still on that one.

If you have Xfinity X1 with DVR service, X1 Cloud DVR is included at no extra charge, however I am being charged for DVR service.
I never authorized a premium DVR plan so why am I being charged $7.50? What am I missing?

The Premium DVR plans are $10.00 per month. The equipment rental is $7.50. Do you see another charge for separate for DVR?
I no longer work for Comcast.
