DVR access on tv

two weeks ago on a Sunday night DVR stopped showing as enabled on tv menu.  I still have DVR service on line but not with remote on tv.  Talked to customer service for hours multiple times with no help.  Had a technician visit who said everything working fine and it is just an outage but no outage exists.  Why do I suddenly have no DVR access through tv?

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page, @user_wz8885. Are you still having DVR issues? If so what is happening exactly, are you not abler set up new recordings, or access previous ones?
