During setup, X1 Box Won't get beyond optimizing sound and video during setup stops at voice recognition?
During Setup, X1 box gets stuck after naming the box and optimizing the sound and video. it moves onto the voice recognition, but will only keep going back to the voice recognition. I have refreshed the system about five or six times, reset the box over ten times. Powered on and off many more times with no change?
