duracell rechargeable battery 2400 mAh 1.2v

  My X11 remote control voice control does not work if I install duracell rechargeable battery 2400 mAh 1.2v batteries.  At first, I thought maybe I need to be using 1.5v batteries, but after checking my inventory, all of my AA batteries are 1.2v, so I don't think that is the issue.  I found that I cannot recharge these batteries in my eneloop charger either.  I can only charge them in my old Rayovac PS1 charger.  

btw, these duracell batteries are green with white lettering and a copper top.  If anybody else has the same problem, just use other batteries!
