DTA adapters nopt working
HI - i am having issues with 3 DTA adapters. We just moved to another home and had to have comcast set up the cable, tv and phone systems. the DTA adapters are showing a status 340 (this device is currently not activated) on the box. Last night, I worked with comcast support(?) trying to resolve this and could not get any where. the final resolution was they were shipping 3 new boxes to my address which will take around 30 days according to them.
I have seen this before and back then a gentleman from comcast was able to help me out by changing something on the comcast side. Has anyone else experienced this??
