Downstream Levels on X1 Box

What are considered normal downstream power levels on an X1 box. We just had maintenance done in our community a few weeks ago, and my downstream power levels on my X!1 box are around +9 DBM. I've noticed some some extra freezing of pictures on channels since the work was done and I wonder if adjustments need to be made.
