Dolby Atmos on the X1 Disney+ App

Any word on the Disney+ app on the 4k UHD boxes supporting Dolby Atmos?

Currently, only the Netflix App supports Dolby Atmos. 

Disney+ has many TV shows that support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, but the X1 version of the Disney+ app does not support it.

I don't get Atmos from Disney+ on my XG1v4 either.

After some research, it appears nobody does. However, if you use a Roku or a Android / Google TV Disney+ app it passes Dolby Atmos without issue. Hopefully, Xfinity can make it happen. Netflix and Prime pass DOLBY ATMOS without issues on the XG1V4.

Yes, I get Atmos and Dolby Vision from Disney+ on a Fire Cube 3 and on my LG OLED.  Never tried thru XG1v4 until I saw your post
