Does RNG200N have less features than my existing XG1-A DVR box?

Tried to access CBS All Access and got the message that my equipment must be upgraded to see that channel. Selected "yes" for the free equipment upgrade. Received an RNG200N. I already have an XG1-A. From what I've read thus far it appears that the RNG200N has less features. It didn't even come with a voice remote.

 

Does RNG200N have less features than my existing XG1-A DVR box?

That’s a non X1 device - you’ll need to call or chat online to have a newer xg1 shipped or exchange at an xfinity retail store.
