Disruptive Service

My cable is constantly freezing or going out and my internet speeds are very slow. Very hard to stream anything without it freezing. I’ve tried and tried again to have a line or restored service for awhile now and I’m sick and tired of paying for something that doesn’t work when I want it to or billing my for tech work for no reason. Maybe time to try AT&T?

Several, seems like the only keep passing the buck to the next tech who comes and doesn’t solve my issue. Or I get a call from India calling to let me know the tech has closed the service but yet my problems are never resolved. I thought if I upgraded my internet but that clearly hasn’t worked either. Thanks
