Good evening @pillsbury93245 Thank you for taking the time to contact our devoted team of knowledgeable XFinity experts here on our Community Fourms page. I am sad to read you are having issues restarting your subscription to Disney +. If i may ask, are you trying to access it from our Flex or X1 box or from a different device?

x1 box    advance trouble shooting had me change out box today so when i went to try and restart subscription it told me it was ordering equipment and would send it not sure what there sending

Did you get a conformation email for the order? Not all X1 boxes support all apps.

You should receive an email once equipment is shipped. Normally that can take about 24 hours. I will follow up to make sure you get this email.
