Disney+ Startup Error on X1 4K DVR

Hello,
I’m having an issue launching the Disney+ App from my X1 4K DVR. 
Error Code: 1026 - Auth_Service_Init_Failure

Anyone else having this issue?

Try it now. I just checked mine, and it’s working now.

I was able to upgrade the built-in TV (LG) app and was able to get it to work. However, on the Comcast X1 box, I get the same error with no way to "upgrade" the app.

@user_b94cf0​ thanks that is what I figured that the app required an upgrade. 
I did a box restart which did not fix it. 
I have not tried a “System Refresh” but I’m not sure if that will re-download or upgrade the apps installed on the X1.

I first noticed this problem 3-4 days ago. I’ve exhausted all troubleshooting tips (restarting router, clearing data under privacy setting, system refresh, rebooting). An Xfinity agent told me they are doing service maintenance with Disney+, which is causing the problem. She wasn’t able to give me an estimate of when this service should be complete.
