I definitely understand how frustrating it would be to have your movies showing up with the wrong colors. Our engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve it. In the meantime, have you tried changing the resolution on your cable box to HD instead of 4K? We've seen some customers report that has helped as a workaround until a more permanent resolution is in place. You can find the directions here on how to change the resolution.
