Disney+ App shows and movies playing in green tint
Hi there,
we are also having this issue where on our main cable box all the Disney+ shows and movies play in a green and blue tint. We have a 4K box as well. What is the estimated time to fix this? We pay a lot of money for this 4K box and this shouldn’t be happening. Frustrating for my kids and I.

change out your HDMI cables, or make sure they are securely attached

Thanks for reaching out, user_m9eyqb! I apologize that has been disturbing your viewing. @EG is correct that this is a known issue being worked on by our engineers. We do not have an estimate of when this will be fixed but will update your thread here when we see the all clear. We appreciate your patience in the meantime!

We are having the same problem and noticed it approximately 5 or 6 days ago. We've done extensive troubleshooting on our own in addition to working with the Xfinity tech support folks in India, and all signs point to it being the main box, not any satellite boxes you may have in other rooms. The Disney Plus app doesn't work properly, displaying only two out of the three colors, but only in our main box. The satellite boxes display the high resolution video just fine using red blue and green. When I watch Disney Plus using the app within my Smart TV, everything works just fine. So that means it's an Xfinity problem and it's within the software that lives in the main boxes. They have some work to do to get these things fixed but it's already taken them a good week and a half already so it may be that they don't have a clue what's wrong and are just hoping that the next scheduled software push to your main boxes fixes the problem and stops us from whining at them. Xfinity's not going to tell you the truth as to what's going on or what they know. They're going to cover their [Edited: "Language"] so that you keep paying them $300 a month. Good luck everyone.
