Disgusting delay
I live in Philly area. My old friend moved to Ohio. He watches Eagles however he can. I watch on Comcast, Xfinity, whatever it is now. I am a play and a half behind him no matter what he watches it on. AND IM LOCAL!!!!!!! [Edited: "Language"]!!!!! Why can every other platform get rid of foul content with normal delay yet Comcast needs another minute. This is absolutely sorry. For all the money it costs. Ridiculously pathetic. Can't figure it out?

Thank you for reaching out to us @w.teimels! We work with broadcast networks, regional sports providers, and local TV station owners to expand the content available with our services. As a cable provider, we relay the signal sent by the networks. While it can be frustrating, it is common for live television to have a delay to prevent mistakes or unacceptable content from being broadcasted.
While there are factors intentionally causing the broadcast to be delayed, we can certainly take a look and make sure the boxes are synched up with the broadcast from the network and that there are no additional issues causing the delay.
What we can do is send a backend refresh signal to your cable boxes to see if there is any improvement. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
