Disgusted with Xfinity -Xre-00250
I have never been so frustrated sick and disgusted with a cable provider. I've been trying for days to connect a wireless box. No matter what it won't work. Same error message. Multiple chat sessions to no avail. Finally get a phone call and accent is so thick I cannot understand them. Get someone else who tells me the wireless boxes are outdated and not supported hy xfinity as of Oct 2021. WHY AM I PAYING FOR THEM THEN? I have 3 wireless boxes I have had for 4 years and am charged every month. My kids go away to college and when they come home we utilize them. Charging someone for something you don't support is theft.
ROKU here we come.
