Disappointed with new cable box
A feature I loved about my older cable box was that I could jump ahead 30 seconds or jump back 15 seconds and easily get to where ever I wanted to locate. Now it’s jump ahead 5 minutes or jump back 5 minutes. What good is that? The other was great for watching sports or hearing a line you missed on a movie or tv show. Is there a way to get that feature back? I wish I had just kept my old equipment.

How to Enable 30-Second Skip
• Press the Exit button 3 times on your Xfinity remote.
• Immediately enter the numbers 0-0-3-0.
• Once activated, press Page Up to skip forward 30 seconds and Page Down to skip backward 15 seconds (or 30 seconds depending on your model).
