Disable screen saver
I pay over $300.00 a month for you to control my power saver!!!!!!! My TV, MY money, my electric, my business not yours!!!!!
I have it turned off in settings but the screen saver still comes on!! It is set for 5 hrs!!!

To send a direct message you may need to:

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
