Deleted my recordings

Comcast strikes again. We settled into the bedroom to watch another recording from the living room and poof most of our recordings are gone. After reading what other people are dealing with in not surprised. Check out their link that they want you to read and you get a 404 message page not available. Worthless company but will be obsolete soon..

Verify that your recordings menu is set to All Devices. Also, are all the recordings present on the Stream App? If so, doing a system refresh could resolve this.

Do you see the recordings in the Xfinity Stream app?

Is your DVR view set to Recorded On All Devices?
