Defective auxiliary cable boxes

Defective auxiliary cable boxes, I have 3 boxes one main with a DVR and two auxiliary boxes the main works fine , the other two not so much. One power supply started smoking and melted and the other box just quit. I talked to AI help, Useless! and they said they would send new ones....still waiting. I pay $15.00 a month for each and havent used them for 2.5 weeks. So basically send new ones or take these and give me credit.. $400.00 a month service and I have to go through this!!

I can definitely understand your frustration. A smoking power supply is a serious issue, and waiting weeks for replacements is unacceptable. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address so we can check the replacement status and review any applicable credits for the time your equipment has been unusable. We'd like to help get this resolved.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
