credit/refund for Scripps Comcast carriage dispute

Just received my bill and it does not contain a credit for the Scripps carriage dispute. I was without NBC for 35 days. I have the TV Core package which includes the Broadcast TV fee in its price. How do I get the credit you all have promised?
