Continued issues with Modulation error ratio

I keep having MER issues.  It started in Sept for two weeks and it happens every month.  The channels either pixilate so much i cant watch or go black with error code

Oh, no! Sorry to hear you're having pixelation issues with your service, @user_vy46co. We'll gladly look into this. Have you already checked the connections to ensure everything is secure and finger tight? Have you swapped out any splitters or cabling that may be very old, damaged or kinked?

yes, its an ongoing problem since Sept.  it’s happening right now as i type.  It now happens at least once a week!  Beyond frustrated.  Looking into YouTube Tv now

@XfinityLinda​ still having problems.  Havent been able to watch most channels since Saturday.  Same error code as Sept, same exact Issue.  Any help?

ok, just sent. I think my message continued from the last thread which explained the situation a couple of months ago.  Its the same exact recurring issue
