Constant Interruptions to cable TV service

We are [Edited: "Language"] tired of all the interruptions and lockups to the screen,  If you do not get someone out here to fix the problem promptly we are going to cancel this lousy service.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_ghtejz. I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the service interruptions you've been experiencing. I know how frustrating this can be, and I'd like to help. Have you checked our Xfinity App or website to make sure it's not a reported interruption? If not, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try rebooting the TV box manually or through our Xfinity App? Have you checked the coaxial connection on both ends (wall plate and box) to make sure it's tight and there's no damage to it?

I’m at the same place. We pay about $250.00 per months and constantly re-booting cable box and gateway.
